Argan oil is mainly used for skin and hair care. It is characterized by strong action against visible signs of aging, ability to regenerate skin, connective tissue and hair. It can be used instead of night nourishing cream. It has a regenerative and tonic effect on the skin and maintains its elasticity. After use, it gives the skin a pleasant supple feeling of softness. In the diet, it is used in small quantities almost as a spice.
Due to the specific slightly bitter taste and strong smell of cold-pressed oil and unroasted fruits, oil from roasted fruits is mostly used in the diet. Despite this, many users swear by cold-pressed oil only, as it has the largest proportion of rich ingredients.
