The ointment contains a well-thought-out and rich selection of natural extracts that synergistically complement each other. The carrier active ingredient is a horse chestnut extract standardized with escin. For better performance, the composition is additionally enriched with extracts of honey clover, marigold, witch hazel, cypress, St. John’s wort, true lavender, mint, carrot, as well as propolis, vitamin E, panthenol, bisabolol and allantoin.
The ointment base is of completely natural origin, consisting of 80% fats and waxes and 20% organic aloe gel. The lipid part consists of coconut and palm extracts, olive, avocado, macadamia and castor oil, shea butter, lanolin and beeswax.
Horse chestnut contains escin in its fruits, which belongs to saponins. In addition, flavonoids and coumarin glycosides are also present. Horse chestnut products are traditionally used for leg and foot care.
