The cream contains a high content of astringents or of astringent agents from extracts of baobab pulp, witch hazel and xymenia leaves. The composition is additionally enriched with plant sterols, allantoin, panthenol (provitamin B5), bisabolol, hyaluronic acid, vitamin E and St. John’s wort extract. The aromatic part of the cream consists of essential oils of incense boswellia, real lavender, lime and sandalwood.
The basis of the cream consists of mild natural emulsifiers of plant origin, aloe gel, macadamia oil, shea butter and plant emollients.
Baobab is a tree that grows 20 to 25 meters tall and is widespread throughout the African continent. Africans consider it a sacred tree. The extract from its pulp has an immediate soothing and nourishing effect. Witch hazel is a well-known plant that was often used by Native Americans. It can act as an astringent and thus has a beneficial effect on the skin. It is most often used to relieve irritated skin and as a preparation against various skin problems.
The product is standardized on mucilage from the pulp of Baobab fruits and tannin from Hamamelis.
